NDCC CHAPTER 19-10 PETROLEUM PRODUCTS/NDAC Article 33-34- Definitions. “Biodiesel” means any non-petroleum-based diesel fuel made from renewable resources such as vegetable oils or animal fats that meets the most current applicable specifications of American society for testing materials (ASTM).

Petroleum and fuel products including gasoline, alcohol-blended gasoline, diesel, tractor fuel, fuel oil (heating oil), kerosene, biodiesel, biodiesel blends, and all other alternative fuels.
