Dispenser Labeling
|
Requirements are developed by the Department. Regulated products manufactured or marketed in the state must be registered. Diesel fuel containing up to 5% biodiesel may be sold as Diesel and diesel containing more than 5% and up to 20% biodiesel may be sold as B20 Biodiesel Blend and must have the applicable FTC decal. Biodiesel and Biodiesel Blends must meet applicable ASTM specifications. |
