What's needed for a
successful program?
Alternative Fuel Grants, Biodiesel Tax Refund, Income Tax Credit Incentives & Biofuels Use Requirement require biodiesel suppliers to certify that they will produce biodiesel fuel that meets the appropriate federal and state standards. The Arkansas Bureau of Standards will work to ensure fuel quality standards.

If the new ASTM biodiesel specifications are published in October, 2008 then the new B100/99, B5 and B6-20 specs will need to be approved by the State Plant Board before they become legally effective in ~ February 2009.
