With its focus on products geared to the outdoors, L.L. Bean has always focused on environmental stewardship.  According to Logistics Supervisor Anne Butter, using biodiesel (B20) in their tractor trailer fleet, two box trucks and six mini-school buses used to transport customers to various outdoor adventures, is one way L.L. Bean is working to reduce emissions. 

“We feel that using biodiesel in our vehicles is a great was to lessen our environmental impact.  Simply put, it’s the right thing to do.”
