	What's needed for a successful program?	The MDA Motor Fuels Quality program is in the process of establishing regulations to address biodiesel and biodiesel blends for quality standards and labeling. Regulation 564 contains definitions of biodiesel and biodiesel blends meeting ASTM D 6751. Once Regulation 564 has been approved by the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules, W&M will need to publish the rule and move forward to establish a biodiesel quality enforcement program. Purchasing equipment for the lab is an issue so arranging for a state lab to provide low-cost testing for MI is being explored.
