  What's needed for a
successful program?
DCP has agreed to take samples with existing manpower in a quality enforcement program at the B100 level prior to blending. The new ASTM lab in the Center of Environmental Sciences and Engineering at UCONN is now able to perform the key Tier II properties of D 6751. All properties of D 6751 (minus Cetane) will be available for testing by Dec 09. Funding sources to pay for the tests are being determined.
