	What's needed for a successful program?	New emphasis on making I-65 from the Gulf to Lake Michigan a " Biodiesel Corridor" by Clean Cities has generated interest by the DA in insuring that quality biodiesel is made availabe along the corridor. An expanded quality surveillance program is being considered. Legislation to provide funding for new test equipment for the lab is required.

	Statutory/Regulatory Citation	HB123 became Act No.2007-452 effective September 1, 2007. The act authorizes the Center for Alternative Fuels and defines the requirements for "Biodiesel that is a diesel fuel substitute that is derived from non-petroleum renewable sources" that "meets the current applicable ASTM Fuel Specification standard."
