Comment by Email

To comment by email, follow the instructions below.

1. Download a copy of the Sample Comments Template (Long Version or Short Version) to your computer and save it locally.
   
   
2. Open the Word Document and edit it/customize it as needed. Save it.
   
   
3. Create an email by clicking on the link below.  The address and subject line will created automatically.  Verify the address (epacomments@biodiesel.org) and subject line (Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2005-0161).
   
   
4. Attach your finished word document comments and send.

By following the above steps, you ensure that your customized letter will reach both the EPA and NBB.
